Recently I was part of the SJK cross country. We had a hard season of running but we did very well but I would never have suceeded without the help and encouragement of my friends. We all ran hard but the end result was definitely worth it.
I will never forget the encouragement i got from my team it was very appreciated and very needed but in the end I got the most encouragement from my good friend Keegan. He was the one who encouraged me to take this up and to try hard so I'd like to say thank you Keegan.

I think that is a very important thing to remember.It is hard to succeed at anything if we don't have the support of our friends. You guys should all be proud of yourselves!
